Sierra Instruments
Sierra Instruments was founded in 1973 and became an important developer of thermal mass flow measurement and control technology. Sierra manufactures mass flow meters and controllers for gases across laboratory, OEM, semiconductor and industrial applications and has been particularly active in advancing digital and multi-gas thermal flow technology. The TASI Group acquired Sierra in 2019, while the Sierra Instruments brand and product lines continued.
