Precision Flow Devices (PFD) manufactured thermal mass flow controllers and meters used in semiconductor and industrial gas-delivery applications. PFD units are commonly encountered as legacy MFCs and typically carry the distinctive PFD logo directly on the instrument label. Compared with companies such as Brooks, Tylan or Hastings, relatively little reliable corporate-history material for PFD remains online.
