Matheson

Matheson Gas Products was founded in 1927 and became an important supplier of high-purity and specialty gases, gas-handling equipment and instrumentation. Its flow-control equipment includes thermal mass flow controllers such as the 800-series/829-series instruments used in laboratory and specialty-gas systems. Nippon Sanso acquired Matheson, and the business later became Matheson Tri-Gas and then MATHESON. In 2026 the company adopted the Nippon Sanso Matheson name.
