BOC Edwards / Datametrics

Datametrics manufactured thermal mass flow controllers and related pressure-control instrumentation, including the well-known 825, 831 and 832 series. These product families were later marketed and supported under the BOC Edwards name, resulting in many closely related Datametrics and BOC Edwards instruments. BOC Edwards was a major supplier of vacuum, gas and process equipment to the semiconductor industry. The BOC Edwards name was shortened to Edwards following the sale of the business in 2007.
